Škrlet white, also known as ram yellow or ram sweet, is an autochthonous variety of wine in the Moslavina region that has a full, rounded, sour and delicate varietal aroma.
The wine is clear, light yellowish in color with shades of green, and of good quality.
Škrlet is best with all kinds of fish and seafood dishes, white meat dishes, cold salads with pasta, thick and creamy soups, and goes well with white fish dishes, carpaccio, seafood, risotto, etc.
