One of the more interesting souvenirs from Ivanić-Grad are definitely home-made hot pepper products, which have been produced locally for a long time.

The small family farm Barišec is located in the village of Topolje, not far from Ivanić-Grad. Along with tomatoes and peppers, they decided to plant hot peppers and create their own brand by producing hot sauces.

They produce hot sauces from about twenty varieties of chili peppers, and their primary products are hot sauces and ground hot pepper.
